Theresa has danced all her life from a small child starting with ballet, tap modern and later contemporary. Discovering the delights of Ballroom and Latin as a young adult Stan who was begrudgingly sent along to ballroom classes as a child to partner his four sisters in a ballroom class.
Stan and I have danced together from our first date. We got the ballroom bug straight away and we haven’t stopped loving it, it’s a way of life and we can’t imagine not teaching and dancing.
Seeing our pupils go on and achieve their own personal goals, whether it’s just social, medals or to competition is very satisfying. The classes are always fun and you meet people who also love dancing. We have many Ballroom and Latin dances and dance weekends away where you can practice and improve.
My biggest love is choreography, putting together the movement and timing. When you achieve this it feels fantastic.
